LILESVILLE, NC — Antonio and Misty Wall are preparing to open Fatman’s Kitchen at 3944 Vintage Rd, Lilesville, NC 28091 the week before Thanksgiving. The new restaurant marks a major step for the couple, who have operated the Fatman’s Kitchen food truck for about five years.

What to Expect

The full-service restaurant is taking over the space that previously hosted Crazy J's Diner. Wall shared that it is a spacious building that will seat around 250 people. The plan is to serve breakfast, lunch, and dinner.

The restaurant plans to operate six days a week, with Mondays reserved for deliveries, Antonio Wall told Business Debut.

Fatman’s Kitchen will carry over its most popular food truck items. “Fried ribs and lamb chops is our number one seller,” Wall said.

Other menu staples include wings, fried fish, salmon bites, and other comfort favorites. Wall said he and his wife Misty are running the business together. “We have 10 kids, so it’s gonna be a family business,” he told Business Debut.
