Fatbackzz Grill Opening Brick and Mortar Location in Graham
This will be the brand's first permanent location.
GRAHAM, NC — Fatbackzz Grill is planning to open its first brick-and-mortar location at 101 E Parker St, Graham, NC 27253. Owner Kristopher Messer told Business Debut the restaurant is targeting the first week of June.
What to Expect
Fatbackzz Grill will operate inside Sam’s Mini Mart, Messer told Business Debut. The location will give customers a consistent place to order from the business while the Fatbackzz food truck continues operating.
Messer opened the food truck on March 15, 2024, and said the new grill is the next step for the business.
The space will include a few restaurant-style booth tables for dine-in customers, though Messer said the restaurant will mainly focus on takeout.
Menu and Vision
Fatbackzz Grill will serve breakfast, lunch, dinner and late-night comfort food, Messer told Business Debut. Menu highlights include cheesesteaks, hibachi, burgers and wings.
Messer said he uses Angus beef for his burgers and pointed to the quality of the food as a key part of the business.
“When people ask me what is the best, I say everything,” Messer told Business Debut.

Fatbackzz Grill plans to operate from 8 a.m. — midnight seven days a week, Messer told Business Debut.
