Fast Casual Wing Restaurant Opens in Indian Harbour Beach
Wing It is now open in Indian Harbour Beach serving chicken wings, tenders, waffle fries, and local draft beer.
INDIAN HARBOUR BEACH, FL — Wing It is now open at 660 E Eau Gallie Blvd Unit 103, Indian Harbour Beach, FL 32937, bringing a fast-casual wing concept from owners Arsene Torres and Laury Labussiere. Torres told Business Debut the restaurant recently completed a soft opening and is now officially open to the public.
The couple has worked in the restaurant industry for more than a decade and developed the concept around a focused wing menu built on freshness and quality.
What to Expect
Wing It centers its menu on chicken wings, boneless wings, and chicken tenders. The tenders and boneless wings are breaded and fried to order using chicken tenderloin, while the bone-in wings are oven-baked first and then fried for a crisp finish.
Guests can choose from sauces ranging from mild to extra hot, along with house-made ranch and chipotle ranch. Wings, boneless wings, and tenders can be tossed in sauce or served plain with sauces on the side.
Sides include waffle fries, onion rings, and vegetable sticks with carrots and celery. The restaurant also serves local draft beer from Intracoastal Brewing, priced at $4.99 per pint.
The fast-casual restaurant operates with counter service and seating for approximately 30–40 guests. Torres described the interior as comfortable with lounge-style seating designed to create a relaxed environment.

Menu and Vision
Torres said the concept was developed after receiving strong feedback about their wings over the years, which encouraged them to build a concept focused entirely around them.
“We had really good reviews on our wings,” Torres told Business Debut. “So it was pretty exciting to start a wing place.”
Labussiere is also closely involved in the business, focusing on marketing, social media, and menu development.
