Faith and Flour Farm Stand Opening In Woodville
Sourdough bread baked goods jams and pickled items will be available in a roadside stand.
WOODVILLE, FL — Faith & Flour Farm Stand is preparing to open a new self-serve roadside stand on Register Road in Woodville, according to co-owner Angel Kelly, who told Business Debut the stand is targeting a January 17 opening. The farm stand will be located near 2210 Register Road, Woodville, FL 32305.
The concept is owned and operated by Angel Kelly and Kira Bracken, both Woodville residents. The pair said the idea grew out of a shared interest in baking, building and creating something new for the local community.
What to Expect
Faith & Flour Farm Stand will operate as a self-serve roadside stand, built using repurposed and reusable materials. Bracken said the initial stand was created from a refurbished dresser that has been painted and finished to serve as a display for products, with a larger permanent stand currently under construction.
Customers will be able to stop by, browse the selection and complete their purchase without staff on-site.
Menu and Vision
The stand will focus on baked goods and small-batch items made in-house. Offerings are expected to include sourdough bread and other flavored breads such as jalapeño cheddar and cinnamon swirl, along with cupcakes, loaf cakes with icing, mini pies, jams and jellies.
Additional items may include pickled goods such as pickled carrots, pickled okra and, potentially, pickled quail eggs. One item the owners highlighted an ooey gooey cake, described as a rich, buttery dessert.
“Our biggest goal is just to bring something fun and new to the community,” Bracken told Business Debut. She said the stand is intended to be a simple stop for neighbors, families and people passing through Woodville.
Opening Timeline
The farm stand is targeting an opening next weekend, with a planned date of January 17.
In addition to the roadside stand, Faith & Flour Farm Stand plans to participate as a vendor at community events, including Woodville Founders Day and Craft Fest at the Tallahassee Automobile Museum.
