Fable Coffee and Pastries, a specialty grade coffee shop, is set to open its first brick-and-mortar location at 11909 E Colonial Dr, Orlando, FL 32826 near the end of July, co-owners Alain Hernandez told Business Debut. Hernandez and Andy Wilson are partners in the business.

The 1,890-square-foot space, with approximately 1,200-1,400 square feet dedicated to the front of house, will offer craft coffee, homemade pastries and Brazilian specialties like roll cakes with lemon cream and guava.

Hernandez, focusing on the coffee side, and Wilson, handling the baking, each ran their own respective pop-ups for about two years before joining forces to open Fable Coffee and Pastries.

Designed as a community-focused "table top cafe," Fable Coffee Co will feature booth seating, board games and cards, catering to friends, families and UCF students. The shop plans to host various community events and will seat around 44 guests.
