Moon River Cafe & Curiosities is set to open in early March, bringing a European-inspired café experience to Melbourne. Owner Crystal Broderick aims to create a space where guests can relax and connect, embracing the unhurried tradition of European café culture. Located at 728 E New Haven Ave, Melbourne, FL 32901, the café is ready to launch, pending final approvals.

The menu will highlight homemade Belgian waffles with pearl sugar, gourmet sandwiches, soups, and house-made pastries. Moon River Cafe will offer a selection of handcrafted beverages, including mocktails, along with Lavazza coffee.

The café will operate until 10 pm on Fridays and Saturdays and 7 pm on other days. Special events, including "Moon River After Hours," will feature guest chefs and exclusive experiences.

A weekly full-service afternoon tea will be hosted on Sundays in The Palm Court, a beautifully designed event room with antique furniture, a crystal chandelier, and a hand-painted mural.
