Entrecampos Bringing Argentinian Coffee Shop to Wellington
Expect Argentinian snacks, coffee, and desserts.
WELLINGTON, FL — Entrecampos, a new Argentine-inspired coffee shop from Jacqueline Porcano, is targeting a first week of May opening at 11924 Forest Hill Blvd Suite 26, Wellington, FL 33414, Porcano told Business Debut.
What to Expect
Entrecampos, which translates to “between fields,” draws inspiration from Wellington’s equestrian setting and Porcano’s Argentine roots. The concept will center on a boutique-style coffee shop offering Italian and Colombian coffee, Argentine pastries, and a selection of light bites.
Guests can expect counter service with seating for 28 inside, along with plans for outdoor seating. The shop will also introduce traditional Argentine mate, a shared herbal infusion, alongside takeaway options.
Menu and Vision
The menu will feature Argentine staples such as empanadas, alfajores, and salads, along with gelato influenced by Porcano’s Italian heritage. “Entrecampos is going to be a coffee place with really great coffee… and Argentinian bites,” Porcano told Business Debut.
Porcano said alfajores will be a highlight, offered in multiple variations including chocolate-covered and pistachio cream. “My goal is to make a really good… different alfajor,” she told Business Debut.
The business is owned by Porcano, with her son Agustin Puga serving as partner and manager, helping oversee daily operations. She also emphasized the support of her two other sons, Lautaro and Thiago.

The team is targeting an opening in the first week of May, pending final approvals.
