Earl Bird Cafe Bringing Local Breakfast Option to Fuquay-Varina

FUQUAY-VARINA, NC — Early Bird Cafe is planning to open at 736 N Main St Fuquay-Varina, NC 27526, bringing a quick-service breakfast option to town. Owner Tracy Gower told Business Debut the cafe is designed for guests looking for a locally owned grab-and-go breakfast option.

What to Expect

Early Bird Cafe will focus on breakfast, with a menu built around items that can be eaten on the go, Gower told Business Debut. The cafe will have seating available, but the service model is intended to be fast and convenient.

“We’re kind of going for the commuters,” Gower told Business Debut. “The people that are looking for a to-go option that’s not a chain.”

The cafe will also offer curbside pickup. Guests will be able to call in an order, pull up to the front door and have it brought out to their car, Gower told Business Debut.

The menu will include breakfast sandwiches, New York bagels, breakfast bowls, waffles, French toast sticks and much more, Gower told Business Debut. Gower said the bagels will be shipped in from New York.

“I’m kind of just hoping to reach those people that are looking for a more homemade to-go option,” Gower told Business Debut. “Run in and grab it and go.”
