Donatello's Urban Trattoria Bringing Italian Dining to Winder

WINDER, GA – Donatello's Urban Trattoria is preparing to open soon at 49 N Jackson St, Suite A, Winder, GA 30680, bringing a fresh Italian dining experience with an artistic flair to the downtown area.

Co-owner Esteban Castano and his team recently launched Tacos N Social De Jalisco next door. Castano told Business Debut that while the building is complete, they are still waiting for a few last minute licenses before opening.

The restaurant's design has been led by artist Julian "CH" Pulgarin, whose artwork centers around pop-art themes and street fashion.

Authentic Italian Cuisine and a Full Bar

Donatello's Urban Trattoria will provide authentic Italian dishes in a casual, street art forward environment. Guests can enjoy a full-service experience with servers providing wine recommendations, alongside a welcoming atmosphere from the front desk. "It's not gonna be high end, we don't want people [to think] that they have to dress up," Castano said. "The decor and everything inside is like pure art."

The restaurant’s menu will feature traditional Italian classics, including pizzas, fresh pastas, and tiramisu. Guests can also enjoy a comprehensive bar featuring classic Italian cocktails, with a regular cocktail menu available on the full bar.

Castano noted that, while the idea is casual, the emphasis on exceptional service and authentic flavors will make guests feel well taken care of. "The main point is bringing something casual, but the customer will feel that it is more than casual," he said.
