Don Que’s Southern BBQ Opening Brick-and-Mortar in Brunswick

Chef Don Q is expanding his culinary footprint with a new brick-and-mortar location of Don Que's Southern BBQ, set to open in late March at 2700 Parkwood Drive, Brunswick, GA 31520.

The menu showcases traditional barbecue staples like ribs, brisket burnt ends, and chicken alongside Southern specialties such as oxtails, jerk chicken, and pork tenderloin. Side dishes include made-from-scratch favorites like mac and cheese, collard greens, dirty rice, and both green and baked beans.

The new location will seat up to 50 people indoors with additional seating available on a small patio. Chef Don Q plans to continue operating his successful food truck, which has been serving the community for just over a year, maintaining its regular event schedule and locations.
