Dolly’s Wine Bar Returning This Summer in New Melbourne Location
They're (almost) back and better than ever in the EGAD.

Dolly’s Wine Bar, a natural-wine-focused hangout in Melbourne, is re-opening in a new location this summer, co-owner Brock Wollard shared with Business Debut. The establishment closed in January of this year when their one-year lease expired in a historic home in the EGAD.
Wollard and his wife, Erika Wollard, outgrew their previous space and necessitated the move. Wollard said they “were fortunate to find a rabid fan base” and couldn’t continue doing business where they were.
Now, they’re transitioning to 1431 Highland Ave, Melbourne, FL 32935, where they will have 1,100 square feet of indoor space, along with outdoor seating and European-style sidewalk tables for guests.
Currently, they are nearing the end of the buildout and hope to open in early July.
They will be sticking closely to what they were previously known for: a carefully curated menu of natural wines, a few conventional wines, charcuterie, a locally sourced beef hot dog, and other items like tin fish from Portugal.
Additionally, they are looking to add wine-infused ice cream flavors along with classic, kid-friendly options.
Per their website, they will offer a wine membership, which includes two bottles of hand-selected wine monthly, along with discounts and other perks.
The business began as a wine club on Instagram, where the Wollards delivered bottles of wine directly to their members’ doorsteps. As local interest in natural wines grew, the couple branched out into their brick and mortar in January 2024.
The expertise behind the wine selection and design is Erika Wollard, Brock shared. She has a background in fine dining and previously served as the wine purchaser for her mother’s restaurant.
She remains the creative force behind Dolly’s Wine Bar.
