Digino's Pizza Rebrands and Re-Opens as Digino's Brunch Restaurant

CASSELBERRY, FL — Digino's at 1271 Semoran Blvd (Sr 436), Casselberry, FL 32707 has completed a full renovation and menu pivot from a pizza concept to a brunch restaurant with Slavic influences, owner Dana Temirbayeva told Business Debut.

Temirbayeva said she finished a major renovation in December that updated the dining room, furnishings and kitchen setup.

“I did the renovation, I have changed everything like the dishes, the furniture, everything,” Temirbayeva said.

What to Expect

Digino's now operates as a brunch-focused restaurant with a Slavic theme. Temirbayeva described it as “a brunch place with a touch of like Eastern European food,” adding that the chefs come from Ukraine. She said the restaurant offers breakfast items, brunch dishes and select lunch plates.

The menu centers on what Temirbayeva calls healthy, homemade food. “Now everything is healthy. Everything is homemade. Everything is freshly made,” she said.

Slavic and Ukrainian dishes now anchor the offerings. Temirbayeva highlighted Ukrainian dumplings, borscht, Olivier salad and other Eastern European specialties. Classic brunch items such as avocado toast and crepes also appear on the menu.

Ownership Background

Temirbayeva purchased and ran the pizza business in that location before overhauling it after evaluating performance and her own goals. “I have always wanted to own a brunch place,” Temirbayeva told Business Debut. She said the former pizza format did not meet her expectations for traffic, which prompted the full renovation and menu change.
