A new brewpub is getting ready to open in Sneads Ferry under local franchise ownership. Voodoo Brewing Company will debut at 1016 Old Folkstone Rd Unit 206, Sneads Ferry, NC 28460 with a soft opening planned for October 3rd and a grand opening on October 4th, owner Jonathan Stamper told Business Debut.

The Space

The 5,300-square-foot space, including a patio, will feature a variety of seating options—community tables, high tops, and 19 seats at an L-shaped bar. The design and menu will showcase local flair, with ingredients like locally caught shrimp, locally brewed beer, and eclectic décor throughout the space.

Voodoo Brewing Company Sneads Ferry will have 24 taps, including a nitro tap. Twelve will serve Voodoo’s flagship beers, and the remaining will feature local brews. A full liquor bar will also be available.

Barstool Approved Detroit Style Pizza

A highlight on the menu will be Detroit Style Pizza Company pies. The brand was previously reviewed by Dave Portnoy and received an 8.1 rating. Guests at the Sneads Ferry location will be able to order and enjoy these pies.

About the Owners

Jonathan Stamper, a Marine veteran and Sneads Ferry resident since 2012, is launching the business alongside his wife, Melissa Stamper. Stamper explored several franchise options before selecting Voodoo Brewing Company. “Voodoo was very veteran friendly. They offered great incentives just for military service,” he said.
