D'Cuban Cafe Opening in Roswell This Fall
The Atlanta brand has been growing since their debut in 2014.
ROSWELL, GA – D'Cuban Cafe is preparing to open its fourth location this fall at 1007 Alpharetta St, Roswell, GA 30075, with an anticipated opening during the first or second week of November. Owner Lucas Mejia told Business Debut that the new cafe will bring a refreshed look and feel to the fast-casual Cuban concept that has been serving metro Atlanta since 2014.
There will be approximately 45 seats available at the Roswell location, which will have 700 square feet of outdoor space in addition to 1,000 square feet of indoor space. Orders are placed at the counter and served at the table for a fast-casual brand style.
Customers can also order through the cafe’s website or mobile app for added convenience. Once open, D'Cuban Cafe Roswell will operate Monday through Sunday, 9 a.m. – 9 p.m.

Customers can enjoy Cuban flavors in various ways at the D'Cuban Cafe. The menu includes:
- Cuban empanadas
- Classic Cuban Miami-style sandwiches, Cuban sandwich, grilled chicken sandwich, and medianoche (a slightly sweeter version of the Cuban sandwich served on soft egg bread), and pan con bistec (steak sandwich)
- Common bowl mixes - spiced proteins, rice, beans, and plantains
- Desserts & drinks
- Best seller - Cuban coffee (authentic taste from Cuba)
Cuban Cafe’s Growth and the Owner Behind It
D'Cuban Cafe first opened 11 years ago on Buford Highway, quickly becoming known for its flavorful, fresh, and fast service. The brand has since expanded to locations in Chamblee and Marietta Square Market.
Since its launch in 2014, Mejia has been in charge of D'Cuban Cafe, gradually developing the idea into a recognizable regional brand. This is his only restaurant concept, though his cousin Nicholas operates a related business, Bolivar Café. Mejia emphasized that his focus remains on D'Cuban Cafe as it celebrates more than a decade of bringing traditional Cuban flavors to metro Atlanta diners.
