Crystal Beach Bagels Opening in Palm Harbor on HWY 19N

PALM HARBOR, FL — Crystal Beach Bagels, a new single-location bagel shop and cafe, is preparing to open at 35263 Us Hwy 19N, Palm Harbor, FL 34684, Manager Frank Evangelista told Business Debut in a recent phone interview.

The business will be a bagel-focused cafe with a mix of breakfast, lunch, and dinner options. The team is targeting a mid-November opening.

Menu and Vision

Bagels will serve as the core of the menu, alongside pastries, homemade-style cream cheeses, and sandwiches.

Sandwiches will feature bread from a local purveyor in St. Petersburg. Evangelista said sandwiches will be made fresh and cut with a deli slicer.
Crystal Beach Bagels will operate as a walk-in, countertop service cafe.

The shop will also offer delivery. Evangelista said Crystal Beach Bagels plans to partner with third-party platforms including DoorDash, Uber Eats, and Grubhub.

Opening Timeline

Evangelista said Crystal Beach Bagels is targeting a mid-November opening. He said graphics and signage for the space are scheduled to arrive in the coming weeks.

Crystal Beach Bagels plans to open seven days a week. Evangelista told Business Debut the planned hours are 6 a.m. — 11 p.m.
