Connecticut Pizza Brand Expanding to Naples
Riko’s Pizza will debut in Naples on October 29, offering thin, crispy bar pies and family dining.
NAPLES, FL — Riko’s Pizza, the Stamford, Connecticut-based tavern-style pizza brand, will open its first Naples location at 8710 Addison Pl Dr, Naples, FL 34119 on October 29 at 4 p.m., President and COO Carl Bachmann told Business Debut. The restaurant will be the company’s 11th location nationwide.
What to Expect
The new Riko’s Pizza will feature about 3,500 square feet with seating for roughly 120 guests, plus 20 bar stools and an additional 20 to 30 patio seats. The restaurant will include a full bar, large-screen TVs for sports viewing, and a dedicated takeout area for its carryout business.
“We’re redefining what pizza is to people and how families can enjoy it,” Bachmann told Business Debut. “We’re focused on creating a fun environment where parents and kids can enjoy a meal together.”
Menu and Vision
Riko’s serves a thin, crispy “bar pie” pizza made with proprietary dough, sauce, and cheese. “It’s light, no flop, and high quality,” Bachmann said. “You can eat a lot and not feel heavy.”
The menu features wings baked in Riko’s ovens rather than fried and several unique salad pizzas, including chicken Caesar, Mediterranean, and barbecue chicken ranch, each with its own crust style. Guests can also expect sliders, such as Nashville hot chicken, cheeseburger, and meatball.
The Naples restaurant will follow the brand’s full-service model with a bar program offering specialty cocktails and draft beers.
Leadership Team
Riko’s Pizza was founded by Enrico “Rico” Imbrogno, who serves as majority owner. The company’s executive team includes Bachmann as president and chief operating officer, Luigi Cardillo as chief financial and technology officer, Robert Furnari as chief administrative officer, and Dawn Imbrogno, who oversees accounts receivable, payroll, and administrative operations.
Opening Timeline
Riko’s Pizza Naples will open October 29 at 4 p.m. The company plans to open additional Florida locations in Miami’s Wynwood neighborhood and a second Naples location next year as part of its East Coast expansion.
Hours
The restaurant will be open seven days a week from 11 a.m. – 10 p.m. Monday through Thursday and 11 a.m. – 11 p.m. Friday through Sunday.
