Coming Soon Bethlehem: Killer Crust Pizza Expanding From Athens
Here's what owner Justin Kamishlian shared about the new location.
BETHLEHEM, GA — Killer Crust Pizza plans to open its second location at 656 Exchange Cir Ste 500, Bethlehem, GA 30620, owner Justin Kamishlian told Business Debut in a phone interview.
Kamishlian said the Bethlehem space was turned over to the business a few days ago and that construction and build-out are underway.
What to Expect
The new restaurant will occupy about 1,300 square feet in a former Jittery Joe's space. The shotgun-style layout with about seven tables for dine-in guests.
Killer Crust Pizza will also work with third-party delivery services and offer carryout, Kamishlian told Business Debut.
Menu and Vision
The Killer Crust brand is known for their New York-style pizza, with whole pies available in 12-inch and 18-inch sizes and slices cut from 22-inch pies. The menu will include a variety of salads and about eight sub sandwiches, along with calzones and cannolis for dessert.
Of course, Killer Crust will serve beer. "I just simply don't believe you can open a pizzeria without having at least a beer," Kamishlian said.
Killer Crust Pizza opened its first location off Parkway in Athens in May 2024. This will be their second location.
Opening Timeline
Kamishlian said he is targeting an opening roughly two to two and a half months from the time the space was delivered.
An exact opening date is to be announced.
