Cobb-County Taqueria Brand Opening 5th Location in Marietta

MARIETTA, GA — Co-owner Diana Solorio told Business Debut that Taqueria El Guero is nearing completion of its newest restaurant at 2200 Roswell Rd Ste 160-170, Marietta, GA 30062. The team is awaiting final inspections and hopes to open before the end of the year, or early next year if delays arise.

What to Expect

The Marietta restaurant will follow the same format as the group’s four existing Taqueria El Guero locations in Austell, Powder Springs, Hiram, and South Cobb. Guests can expect a menu centered on authentic Mexican dishes such as tacos, tortas, burritos, sopas, and quesadillas.

Service will be counter-style during the week, with guests ordering and picking up at the counter. On weekends, a staff member will assist with taking orders at tables.

Solorio described the restaurant’s approach as simple and authentic and following their proven format.

The team is targeting an opening before the end of the year, pending final inspections.

Hours

Monday through Friday: 10 a.m.–10 p.m.
Saturday and Sunday: 9 a.m.–10 p.m.
