Christopher’s Bar and Grill Bringing Caribbean-American Fusion to Loganville
Caribbean favorites like oxtail, jerk pork, and curried goat will headline the menu as Christopher’s Bar and Grill opens soon in Loganville.
LOGANVILLE, GA – Christopher’s Bar and Grill is preparing to open soon at 4743 Atlanta Hwy Ste 150, Loganville, GA 30052, in the Kroger shopping complex. Owner Lavern Garibaldi told Business Debut the restaurant is expected to open the first week of September.
The location spans 2,800 square feet, with about 80 seats and a full-service bar. “We’re trying to make it a little more upscale for the area, with a full bar, refined dining, and a family-oriented atmosphere,” Garibaldi said.
Caribbean and American Cuisine Blend
The menu will blend authentic Caribbean and American cuisine, offering oxtail with butter beans, curried goat, pepper shrimp cups, lamb chops, and jerk pork. It also offers seafood selections and will have shifting daily specials to complement the main menu.

Desserts such as crumb cake and coconut drops will round off the choices. “We'll have our main menu and then we'll have our special items on each day,” Garibaldi stated.
To add a better experience, they also plan to provide live entertainment on weekends, including Friday and Saturday night concerts. On Sundays, the focus shifts to brunch with gospel jazz music, creating a family-friendly setting for the after-church customers.
Behind the Brand
This is Garibaldi’s first restaurant, though her husband, Clinton Garibaldi, has prior industry experience as a chef. Together, they envision Christopher’s Bar and Grill as a community gathering place that blends refined dining with cultural flair.
With a mission to give their customers a place to celebrate life's special moments by offering the best food, service, and atmosphere. “We want this to be a place where everyone feels welcome, whether you’re coming for dinner, a weekend show, or Sunday brunch,” Garibaldi said.
Hours and Operations
Christopher’s Bar and Grill will be open seven days a week, starting daily at 11:00 a.m. Closing hours are expected to run late into the evening.
