Chill’n Nitrogen Ice Cream Opening Next Month in Kendall
Set to open July 5th, the new location will serve nitrogen-frozen ice cream, cookies, shakes, and more.
Franchisee Max Clivio spent years as a customer and fan of Chill’n Nitrogen Ice Cream before discovering a QR code with franchising information in the store. Now, he’s just a month away from opening his own location.
The newest Chill’n Nitrogen Ice Cream shop is planning to open in July at
9065 SW 107th Ave, Miami, FL 33176. They are planning to host their grand opening on July 5th, Clivio said.
He is partnered with his mother, Tara Abrahams Clivio, on the venture. She brings years of experience franchising pilates studios in the area to her and Max’s new business.

The Chill’n brand began in 2012 in Pinecrest. They are known for serving customizable ice cream made fresh in front of customers. Guests can choose from a variety of flavors and toppings, all instantly frozen using nitrogen.
In addition to ice cream, Chill’n also serves cookies, milkshakes, and frozen yogurt—and they’re planning to roll out protein shakes soon.
Clivio said that as the end of college approached, he decided to follow his parents' example of entrepreneurship. He saw all the chaos—but also the potential for great reward—in business ownership and chose to start with Chill’n.
