Chef Marathe Bringing New Dining Concepts to Palm Beach County
Stage Kitchen and Bar, Ela Curry & Cocktails, and Mango Mercado will soon join Palm Beach County's dining scene, featuring Chef Pushkar Marathe's culinary expertise.

Chef Pushkar Marathe is expanding his culinary footprint in South Florida, bringing three exciting concepts to Palm Beach County, he shared with Business Debut.
Stage Kitchen and Bar
The Boca Raton location of Stage Kitchen and Bar is set to open on February 19th at 5377 Town Center Rd #200, Boca Raton, FL 33486. The restaurant, which mirrors the design of the PGA Boulevard location, features an open-fire grill, open kitchen, and a wood fired steak menu with daily cuts. With 200 seats, a large 24-seat bar, and plenty of covered outdoor seating, it promises a dynamic dining experience.

Ela Curry & Cocktails
Ela Curry & Cocktails is expected to open in downtown West Palm Beach’s CityPlace at the end of this year or early next. Construction is slated to begin in February. The restaurant will specialize in traditional Indian cuisine, showcasing flavors from various regions across India, drawing on the cuisine Chef Marathe grew up enjoying as he moved around the country.
Mango Mercado
Attached to Ela Curry & Cocktails, Mango Mercado will offer a distinct grab-and-go concept through a takeout window. Expect Mango Mercado to serve dishes such as soups, salads, and sandwiches. Chef Marathe mentioned plans for a signature Italian-style flatbread sandwich. With a takeout window catering to quick lunches and late-night bites, the concept aims to serve customers on the go. Mango Mercado will be located at 632 Hibiscus St, West Palm Beach, FL 33401.
