Celebrity Wingz Opening This Summer in Savannah

A new wings restaurant is coming soon to West Bay Street, owner Shadon Miller told Business Debut. Celebrity Wingz is planning to open in the next month or two, bringing a celebrity-themed restaurant with 101 different wing flavors.

The new restaurant will open in the former space of Lil Chick at 2901 W Bay St, Savannah, GA 31408. Guests will be able to order from a walk-up window once opened.

Miller is already known in the area through his food truck, Savannah Traditional Wings and Fries, which typically operates late nights from 10 pm – 5 am, Thursday through Saturday, at a BP off River Street.

It was while running his food truck that Miller came up with the idea for a celebrity-themed brick-and-mortar concept. While shooting a movie in the area, actress Demi Moore visited his truck with several members of the film crew. For the next week, he repeatedly served her and other cast and crew members.

Now, guests can order wings with the “Demi Moore” flavor—a sweet and spicy sauce. All of the 101 flavors are named after celebrities. The “Peyton Manning” is a sweet BBQ, and the “Rick Ross” is a mild lemon pepper.
