Casual Brazilian Buffet Launching in Orlando

Picanha’s Restaurante Brasileiro is bringing a casual Brazilian buffet to Orlando, owner Marcelo Gerhardt shared with Business Debut. The new restaurant will be modeled after the establishments Gerhardt has previously owned in Brazil.

The food, Gerhardt described, will center on Brazilian barbecue along with a range of casual Brazilian lunch and dinner options.

Picanha’s is planning to open this month at 1700 W Sand Lake Rd, Orlando, FL 32809. The restaurant will offer 120 seats indoors and will serve beer and wine.

The format will be buffet-style, with scales at the end of the buffet line. Guests will be charged based on the weight of their food.

Picanha’s Restaurante Brasileiro is expected to be open seven days a week for lunch and dinner
