Cape Coral to Welcome New House of Omelets This October
The brand is opening its fourth location in October, serving homemade breakfasts and lunches daily.

CAPE CORAL, FL – House of Omelets is preparing to open its fourth location at 440 Cape Coral Pkwy E #40, Cape Coral, FL 33904. Owner Toni Dedaj told Business Debut the restaurant plans an October opening with no exact date, as the construction is still ongoing.
The concept for this new location is a full-service restaurant focused on hearty, freshly made breakfasts and lunches served in a welcoming, family-run environment. It will offer about 80 seats indoors and 40 outdoor seats with umbrellas for shade.
A Breakfast and Lunch Destination
Customers can expect more than 50 omelet varieties, biscuits and gravy, homemade corned beef hash, fresh salads, sandwiches, freshly cooked and baked ham, Cuban sandwiches, and burgers. “Most of our food is homemade,” Dedaj said. “Our goal is to serve people as soon as possible. Customers can come in and get their food at their tables within ten minutes.”

In addition to dine-in service, House of Omelets will provide catering and may host special events such as bridal showers and birthday parties in the afternoons after regular hours. Dedaj says the new space will be “a really beautiful restaurant, brand new, and everyone would love to be there.” This expansion allows the restaurant to be flexible in serving customers beyond the morning rush and tap into Cape Coral’s growing demand for event-friendly venues.
A Family Business
The Dedaj family has been running restaurants for decades. They started with their first successful location in Windsor, Canada, and later expanded to Michigan, and eventually moved to Florida. In 2013, they opened the first House of Omelets, and the brand has continued to grow slowly, now having locations in Cape Coral, Fort Myers, and Medical.
The restaurant will be managed by Dedaj’s wife, Meri, daughter Edviana, and long-time manager Michelle, the godmother of Edviana.
Opening Hours
House of Omelets will operate daily from 7 a.m. – 3 p.m., serving full-service breakfast and lunch, while catering events after the closing time.
