Campo Taco Co. to Debut in Raleigh in December

RALEIGH, NC — Campo Taco Co., a new restaurant from co-owner Jose Linares, is preparing to open soon at 1001 S Saunders St, Raleigh, NC 27603. Linares said construction is nearly complete, with only a few remaining inspections before the team can begin operating.

What to Expect

Campo Taco Co. will be a full-service restaurant featuring authentic tacos, a full bar, and other classic Mexican dishes. Indoor and outdoor spaces will host approximately 150 seats.

Menu and Vision

“We are going to concentrate on tacos, including street tacos and some modern tacos,” Linares told Business Debut. He said the menu will also feature fajitas, ceviche, quesadillas and burritos. Linares described the approach as giving traditional items a more modern look and feel across the menu.

Opening Timeline

“We are hoping for mid-December, once contractors turn the restaurant over to us,” he told Business Debut. An exact opening date is still to be announced.

Hours

Campo Taco Co. plans to open seven days a week. Linares said the current plan is to operate from 11 a.m. — 10 p.m. daily.
