Cafecito Coffee Bar Opening Soon Inside CoLab in Jacksonville
Set to open by August, the new Jacksonville café will serve coffee, tea, and matcha.

The Jacksonville event rental and photography studio space CoLab Cafe is getting a coffee shop, co-owner Kevin Perez Velazquez shared with Business Debut. He is partnered with John Bill Panghulan in the business.
The CoLab Cafe has been operating in the space at 2695 Post St, Jacksonville, FL 32204 for a few years, Perez Velazquez reported. They are preparing to take over the bar space in the building that previously hosted Dahlia’s Pour House. The existing bar will be transformed into a coffee bar.

The goal is to have the coffee shop open by August. Once it debuts, guests and creatives will be able to stop in for coffee, tea and matcha—either to relax quietly or before heading into the studio for a photography session.
The studio will remain open during the café’s buildout.
Expect a mix of large communal tables and smaller, more comfortable seating.
