Cafe Sonia Bringing Breakfast and Lunch to S. Dixie Highway
The space will open daily from 6 a.m. to 3 p.m., offering Cuban coffee and a full breakfast and lunch menu.
Cafe Sonia is coming soon to Miami, launched by local entrepreneur Sonia Garrison, who also operates Sonia’s Flowers nearby. The upcoming café will be located within the convenience store of the gas station at 21100 S Dixie Hwy, Miami, FL 33177.
The menu will blend Cuban flavors with classic American comfort foods, including chicken wings, burgers, and Philly cheesesteaks. Hours will run from 6 a.m. to 3 p.m., serving both breakfast and lunch. Garrison plans to offer specialty Cuban coffee.
As a gesture of appreciation for public service, Garrison shared that police officers and first responders will receive free coffee at Cafe Sonia.
Garrison is opening the café alongside her boyfriend, Robert Fergen. Pending inspections, they expect to open within the next month.
