Cafe Bombay Opening Inside Global Mall in Norcross
Cafe Bombay has plans north of Atlanta.
NORCROSS, GA — Cafe Bombay is bringing its signature Indian buffet and full-service dining experience to a new location inside the Global Mall at 5675 Jimmy Carter Blvd, Norcross, GA 30071. Owner Ricky Walia told Business Debut the restaurant is set to open on October 10th.
What to Expect
The restaurant will feature an 80-seat dining room and a daily lunch buffet. Guests can expect the same popular Indian dishes that have defined Cafe Bombay’s Atlanta presence for more than two decades.
Menu and Vision
Walia told Business Debut the Norcross menu will mirror the flagship restaurant’s offerings, including chicken tikka masala, palak paneer, vegetable korma, lamb rogan josh, and tandoori chicken, alongside appetizers like samosas and other classic dishes.
“This will have the same concept as our main location,” Walia said. “We’re keeping the favorites our guests know and love, with the buffet and full menu available daily.”
The restaurant will complement Cafe Bombay’s other operations, including a new takeout and delivery-focused location at 3145 Briarcliff Road in Atlanta.
Opening Timeline
The team is targeting an October 10th opening.
Hours
Open seven days a week from 11:30 a.m. – 3 p.m. for the lunch buffet and 5 p.m. – 10 p.m. for dinner service.
