Burger Jawn Expanding to Food Truck in Orlando
Pop-up burger concept launching food truck in August, offering unique toppings and high-quality patties.
Burger Jawn is expanding its operations with a food truck in August, co-owner Michael Dibattista told Business Debut. Dibattista runs the business alongside longtime friends Brandon Mohess and Jose Tejo Badilla.
Since 2022, Burger Jawn has been operating exclusively through pop-ups in the greater Orlando area. The concept originated from Dibattista's experiments with different meat cuts for perfect burger patties, followed by explorations of unique toppings.
"I want that first bite you have to melt in your mouth, and you to be like 'Wow, I've never had a burger like this before,'" Dibattista said.
Burger Jawn's toppings include marmalade, Asian soy butter, au jus, and Maduritos. The team is currently awaiting final paperwork and inspections.
Dibattista, a former dietician with experience in sports nutrition and fine dining, aims to bring high-quality cooking to his guests in Orlando. "We're excited to kick the door down and show the world that Burger Jawn is here," he added.
The trio's goal is to create the best burger experience possible for their customers. As they prepare for their food truck debut, Orlando burger enthusiasts can follow Burger Jawn on Instagram.
