Buffet Dining With a Twist Coming Soon to Graceville, FL

A fresh buffet experience is set to arrive in downtown Graceville, Florida. JoJo’s Buffet plans to open its doors this summer.

JoJo’s Buffet, situated at 5327 Brown St, Graceville, FL 32440, will serve a blend of global and American comfort food.

Owned by first-time restaurateur Stephani Ragland, JoJo’s Buffet aims to provide a unique dining experience that distinguishes it from the typical buffet line.

Diners can expect gourmet Italian offerings, such as lasagna and stuffed shells, alongside Southern Creole classics like jambalaya. Creative offerings will include stuffed egg rolls, golden tacos crafted from fried tortillas, and a selection of rotating Mexican and international specials.

JoJo’s will initially offer non-alcoholic beverages, such as coffee, sweet tea, sodas, and milk. They plan to obtain a beer and wine license in the future.

For Stephani Ragland, this restaurant is the realization of a lifelong dream. After 32 years in the cleaning services industry, Stephani decided to embark on a journey for herself. “The idea originated during the COVID period,” she states. “I relocated to the countryside with retirement in mind, yet the dream of owning a restaurant remained.”

The restaurant is situated in a location rich with local history. The building, built in 1900, formerly accommodated Cash’s Drugstore, a cherished fixture in the Graceville community for numerous years. The space can now accommodate at least 50 people.
