Buffalo Boss Bringing Award-Winning Wings to Orlando
Opening in early September, Buffalo Boss will serve Orlando wings, loaded fries, and deep-fried desserts with Brooklyn-inspired style.
ORLANDO, FL – Buffalo Boss is bringing its award-winning wings and Brooklyn-style urban flair to 333 N Orange Ave, Orlando, FL 32801, with a new quick-service sit-down location set to open in early September. The restaurant will be the first full restaurant presence in Orlando for the brand, which has operated a successful ghost kitchen in the city since 2023. “We have so many fans, 11K plus followers on Instagram,” White said. “People are really loving the wings out here in Orlando.”
Owner Jamar White told Business Debut the new spot will blend an urban hip-hop vibe with great food, great staff, and the best wings. The concept will center around counter service with a dining room designed to emulate the original Brooklyn shop. Menu Highlights
Buffalo Boss is known for its wings and unique sauce combinations, such as the lemon pepper mild mix that recently won “Best Wings in Orlando” at the R&B Wing Fest.
Customers will also find:
- Hot Mess Fries – fries topped with chopped chicken and signature sauces
- Deep-Fried Pop Tarts and Deep-Fried Oreos
- Various customizable sauces for mixing and matching flavors

From Brooklyn to Orlando
Buffalo Boss started in Brooklyn in 2010 and has since grown to seven locations across the U.S. The Orlando ghost kitchen, located inside Dollins Food Hall, was initially a test run for the brand’s entry into Florida, run by longtime team members and now franchisees Ricardo Ibanez and Giovanni Torres.
White explained that this Orlando brick-and-mortar location will not only offer seating but also serve as a master class for Ibanez and Torres before they expand further. “We’re looking to really build out 10 locations in the next five to eight years,” he said. “We have a long-term goal for Florida.”
