KERNERSVILLE, NC — Breakfast Time is targeting a late 2026 opening at 1510 Abbotts Creek Cir, Kernersville, NC 27284. Owner Alex Kazakos told Business Debut the restaurant will be a 200-seat dine-in concept with takeout service.

Kazakos told Business Debut the Kernersville location continues the growth of the family-run brand, which began when his father opened the first Breakfast Time in 2008. He later joined the business in 2013 and has since expanded the concept to multiple locations.

What to Expect

The restaurant will offer a large dine-in space designed to accommodate high volume, with seating for approximately 200 guests. Kazakos told Business Debut the concept will focus on traditional breakfast and brunch service with a broad, all-day menu.

Breakfast Time is known for its extensive menu, ranging from classic breakfast staples to more unique offerings. “Think about anything you can think of of breakfast, we got it,” Kazakos told Business Debut.

Signature items include banana foster waffles, pancakes, and French toast.

“We’re probably the only breakfast restaurant that has old school stuff, from liver mush, all the way to fried pork tenderloin, to ribeyes,” Kazakos told Business Debut.

He added that the restaurant also offers specialty pancakes made with ingredients like bananas, strawberries, blueberries, pineapple, and nuts cooked directly into the batter, along with house-made syrups to match.

Opening Timeline

The team is targeting a late 2026 opening, with plans pointing toward December, Kazakos told Business Debut.

Hours

Breakfast Time plans to operate Monday through Sunday from 6 a.m. – 3 p.m.
