Bowdie’s Chophouse, known for its elevated dining and craft cocktails, is planning to open a new location in Savannah in Q4 2025, according to COO Joshua Nottingham. The restaurant will be part of a new development at 301 Passage Way B105, Savannah, GA 31401.

With just under 100 seats, the Savannah location will feature a mezzanine for private dining, overlooking the main dining room. Bowdie’s will also introduce a wine locker program, allowing frequent diners to purchase discounted wines from Bowdie's to be stored onsite, which can then be served during visits.

Guests can expect fresh, craft-made cocktails, a strong bourbon selection, and the high-quality steakhouse experience Bowdie’s is known for. Already operating in locations such as Grand Rapids, Michigan, and Hilton Head, South Carolina, Bowdie’s has plans to target the Jacksonville area next.
