Bonita Springs is Getting Its First Food Truck Park and Rooftop Bar
The Rooftop at Riverside will bring a new culinary and neighborhood hangout experience to Bonita Springs.
The Rooftop at Riverside is poised to be the very first food truck park and rooftop hangout in Bonita Springs. With an upstairs and downstairs bar, expert chefs and a terrace with an excellent view, Rooftop at Riverside is sure to impress.
The Food Trucks
A total of six resident trucks are expected at the park. There's quite a range in the lineup, from a Mexican food truck to a French crêperie... and each one is going to be a welcomed edition to Bonita Springs' first food truck park:
Zoey's Pizza
Focused on delivering excellent pizza, wings, caprese and salads, Zoey's Pizza will use the highest quality ingredients, according to the Rooftop at Riverside Facebook page. Their menu can be viewed here.
Butcher Blvd
Butcher Blvd's plans to bring you elevated American comfort foods. Expect Waygu smash burgers, hot dogs, hand cut fries, grilled cheeses and more. Don't miss the details of the menu here.
No Manches
No Florida food truck park would be complete without Mexican cuisine. According to the website, No Manches is a Mexican-Spanish phrase for excitement and surprise, which the goal of the truck's food – to surprise and excite.
Crooked Crow Creamery
Open in Sanibel Island since 2017, this dessert truck is known for its array of offerings, which include alcohol-infused ice cream, sorbets, cookie and ice cream sandwiches and more. Follow their Facebook page to catch them at an event.
Ma Petite Crêperie
Another veteran food truck that's been open since 2016, Ma Petite Crêperie serves authentic French crêpes. Find yourself enjoy sweet and savory crêpes made from scratch. Check the trucks page to keep up with them.
OCN Seafood Co
What park would be complete without a seafood truck? OCN Seafood is tying the whole ensemble together. Expect poke bowls, seafood boils, sushi burritos and more! Follow them to stay up to date.
The Rooftop Hangout and Bar
The park will feature a large two story building that will offer guests a bar on each floor, seating areas, and a rooftop to enjoy the sights. The whole project is expected to open up later this year.
Leading the effort is Chris Magnus, founder and operator of the Rooftop at Riverside. Magnus reported to FFBW that the park will be open 7 days a week from 11-midnight. The trucks will operate from 11:00-9:00 Monday-Thursday and 11:00-11:00 Friday-Sunday.
