Blu Steakhouse to Open This Summer in Hollywood, FL
The new upscale steakhouse is planning a June opening in Hollywood, Florida.
Blu Steakhouse is coming to 1900 Harrison St, Hollywood, FL 33020. The high-end steakhouse will feature Japanese Wagyu and other premium cuts of beef. It will serve creative takes on traditional meals, according to owner Sharon Leitner.
While no official opening date has been set, Leitner anticipates opening before July. Construction is complete, and the food license is expected by early June.
The restaurant will be open Tuesday through Friday for lunch and dinner. Fridays and Saturdays will remain open late. Brunch will be offered on Saturdays and Sundays.
Blu Steakhouse will offer seating for 70 guests at tables, plus 14 seats at the bar.
