Bleu Clarinet Opening Soon With Music and Dining in Fort Pierce

A new restaurant and live music venue is opening soon in Fort Pierce, owner Marck Benjamin shared with Business Debut. Bleu Clarinet will be located at 901 Ave D, Fort Pierce, FL 34950, with plans to offer Caribbean fusion, Asian, American, and Italian cuisine in an upscale, entertainment-driven setting.

Benjamin, who previously operated the Bleu Clarinet in Glen Cove, NY, is opening the Fort Pierce venue with his brother, Matthew. The pair are aiming to contribute to ongoing revitalization efforts in the area. “We're going to rejuvenate Avenue D… and I wanted to be a part of that, my brother and I,” Benjamin said.

The interior will include seating for 110 guests, all oriented toward a stage designed for live music performances. Booths will line the walls, with two-tops and small tables arranged throughout the dining area. Outdoors, a separate patio space will accommodate over 50 additional guests.

Bleu Clarinet will operate as a full-service restaurant and event lounge, with regular programming such as karaoke on Tuesdays, Wine Down Wednesdays, Ladies Night on Thursdays, Public Servants Night on Fridays, a Saturday sing-along brunch, and Gospel Brunch on Sundays. The business plans to open Tuesday through Sunday from 10 am – 11 pm.
