Bill’s Grill Coming to Downtown Goldsboro Early 2026
Targeting February or March 2026, the new downtown Goldsboro restaurant will offer Bill’s classic American menu.
GOLDSBORO, NC – Bill’s Grill is bringing its classic American menu to downtown Goldsboro in early 2026. Owner Will Jenkins told Business Debut the new restaurant will open at 112 W Chestnut St, Goldsboro, NC 27530, pending a major buildout. The address is near the heart of downtown and will convert a non-restaurant space.
What to Expect
The Goldsboro location will offer breakfast, lunch, and dinner with a full bar. Jenkins estimates about 150 seats inside, tailored to the building’s layout. The concept remains consistent with other Bill’s Grill locations.
“It’s a lot of remodeling,” Jenkins told Business Debut. “We have to change the use, install the vent hood, and run new gas piping.”
Expect a family friendly environment with potential for events like live music.
Menu and Vision
Guests can expect Bill’s Grill’s familiar lineup of classic American fare. They serve breakfast lunch and dinner, offering dishes like loaded omelets, biscuits and gravy, burgers, wings, sandwiches, steaks, salads, and much more.
