Beyond Juicery + Eatery Signs Two Leases With More to Come
The Michigan-based franchise is making progress with their expansion plans.
Two leases have been signed amidst Beyond Juicery + Eatery’s plans for five new locations in the Atlanta area, co-franchisee Ricky Burch told Business Debut. He is partnered with franchisee Ross Hare in the expansion.
The franchise, which was founded in Michigan in 2005 by Mijo Alanis and Pam Vivio, is planning to spearhead growth in the Southeast, and Atlanta is ground zero for those plans.
Burch shared that once the first five units have been developed in Atlanta, they intend to open two in Athens and from there, expand into neighboring states like North Florida, South Carolina, and Tennessee.
The first Atlanta unit is opening at: 1927 Peachtree Rd NE, Atlanta, GA 30309, in a second-generation restaurant space. They are currently working in the unit and are targeting an opening between September 1 and November 1 of this year.
The other lease is in East Cobb at: 4101 Roswell Rd Suite 901, Marietta, GA 30062. This location is a former GameStop and will undergo a complete renovation. The goal is to open within the next six months.
Beyond these two, Hare and Burch are looking at sites in Roswell and Brookhaven.
Ricky Burch comes from a career in the hospitality business and spent 15 years as a GM for the Buckhead Life Restaurant Group. He also started a general contracting business in 2021.
Burch and Ross Hare had been exploring opportunities to start a new business shortly after Hare sold a trucking company he started in Michigan. They researched starting their own concept and looked at several franchise options. Ultimately, they landed on Beyond Juicery + Eatery because of the brand’s focus on healthy eating, strong franchisee support, and dedication to customer satisfaction.
