Bebas Gourmet Bringing Venezuelan Flavors to Zephyrhills

Bebas Gourmet, a Venezuelan food truck owned by Carlos Diaz and Perla Colangelo, is preparing to launch in Zephyrhills, bringing authentic Latin flavors to the area. Specializing in traditional Venezuelan dishes, the truck will serve empanadas with protein options like shredded beef, ground beef, shredded chicken and cheese, along with tequeños—Latin-style cheese sticks—and patacones, fried green plantains topped with shredded meats, cabbage, cottage cheese, and house-made salsas.

Another offering will be their Venezuelan-style chipotle bowls, called patellon, offering a unique twist on a favorite comfort food.

In addition to attending events, Bebas Gourmet is exploring plans for a stationary food truck to provide a consistent location for fans to enjoy their dishes.
