Beachin' Burritos, known for its green chile-infused Mexican cuisine, is transitioning from a food trailer to its first brick-and-mortar location in New Smyrna Beach, owner Vincent Siravo told Business Debut. Originally from Colorado, Siravo brings the Southwestern tradition of smothering burritos with pork green chile stew to Florida, sourcing their chiles directly from a farmer in Hatch, New Mexico, for authenticity.

The new location, at 218 N Orange St, New Smyrna Beach, FL 32168, is set to open in the first week of February if all goes according to plan. While Beachin' Burritos will retain its menu from the truck, the move allows them to introduce new offerings, including carnitas as an additional meat option, their popular chile mac (mac and cheese with green chile), horchata, and expanded vegetarian choices. Beer and wine will also be available.
