Baygulls Bakery Bringing Classic and Bold Bagel Flavors to Tampa This July
Opening July 11, the Tampa bakery will offer classic and inventive bagels from the Three Brothers Pizza team.
From the team behind Three Brothers Pizza comes Baygulls Bakery, a new bagel-focused concept, co-owner Sean Marsiglia shared with Business Debut. The bakery is set to open at 10007 W Hillsborough Ave, Tampa, FL 33615, with a grand opening weekend planned for July 11th.
The face of the bakery is Matt Cerasaro—known on Instagram as The Baked Bearded Baker. He’ll be serving authentic New York–style bagels, Marsiglia reported.
In addition to the classic staples, Baygulls will also incorporate out-of-the-box flavors like peanut butter and jelly bagel and others inspired by the group’s Italian roots and their background in the pizzeria business. Look out for inventive varieties such as chicken parm, tomato basil, and rosemary pesto bagels. Coffee will also be available.
Hours are expected to be 6 am to 1 or 2 pm, seven days a week, though the team may adjust based on demand.
Alongside Sean and Matt, Keith Marsiglia is also a partner in the venture. The group is best known for starting Three Brothers Pizza in 2015, with current locations in Odessa and Palm Harbor. They also operate Tree Brothers Christmas, a seasonal Christmas tree business and others.
