Situated at 233 Bellagio Cir, Sanford, FL 32771, owner Rekha Nidadavolu has confirmed that the restaurant is currently offering takeout orders while preparing for a full menu launch expected in November. Bawarchi Biryanis focuses on South and North Indian dishes, primarily traditional biryanis. These aromatic rice dishes are slow-cooked and simmered for authentic flavors. Popular dishes include garlic naan and butter chicken. The restaurant is operating as a fast-casual concept during its soft opening, providing takeout both in person and online. Orders are typically ready within 15 to 20 minutes.

Menu and Vision
“The word ‘Bawarchi’ means ‘chef,’ someone who cooks for many people,” Nidadavolu explained to Business Debut. “Though part of a larger franchise with over 50 locations, we are committed to serving the Sanford community with the same authentic flavors we’re renowned for.” The Sanford location features limited seating currently, but plans are in place to expand to about 40 seats pending city requirements.

The full menu is expected to launch by late November. Takeout services will remain operational until in-house dining is expanded.
