Bao GoGo Expanding to Memorial Drive in Atlanta
Opening early November, the restaurant will feature authentic Chinese comfort foods and modern Sichuan flavors.
ATLANTA, GA — Jing Lin told Business Debut that her third Bao GoGo restaurant will open in early November at 982 Memorial Dr SE #1, Atlanta, GA 30316. The new location follows 2 existing locations in Buckhead and Alpharetta.
What to Expect
Bao GoGo will be a full-service restaurant seating about 60 guests. Lin said the concept centers on freshly made Chinese buns and dumplings, along with authentic Sichuan-style dishes and small plates meant to pair with beer, wine, and cocktails. “It’s a sit-down restaurant where guests can enjoy very traditional Chinese food and some new-style Sichuan dishes,” Lin told Business Debut.
Menu and Vision
The menu will feature handmade bao in several varieties, including pork, chicken, and vegetarian, along with dumplings and soup dumplings. Lin said she wanted to create a space that combines the familiarity of classic Chinese comfort foods with modern flavors and presentation. “People of all ages love dumplings and buns,” she told Business Debut. “So I combined these with authentic Chinese dishes for more choice.”
