Bagara and Biryani Indian Food Truck Coming Soon to Apex
Indian snacks and street foods will headline Bagara and Biryani’s menu.
A new Indian food truck is getting ready to launch in Apex with a permanent seven-day-a-week setup. Owner Madu Reddy told Business Debut that Bagara & Biryani will operate out of the Hub Gas Station at 1900 E Williams St, Apex, NC 27539, serving a rotating menu of Indian dishes.
The truck will be open daily from 5 pm – 10 pm. While an exact opening date hasn’t been confirmed, Reddy said they plan to debut in the coming weeks.
Menu highlights will include Indian snacks and street foods like punugulu, dosa, and other rotating specialties. The menu will change frequently to feature new and seasonal items.
