Baby Hughy's, a family-style eatery known for its hearty menu and welcoming atmosphere, is opening a new location in Holiday, FL next month, co-owner Chef Matt Davis shared with Business Debut.
Located at 1402 Alternate Hwy 19, Holiday, FL 34691, the restaurant will feature a full-service dining experience with a full bar and seating for 240 guests, both indoors and outdoors.

Chefs Matt Davis and Hugh Harris, both seasoned executive chefs with decades of experience, are bringing the successful concept from Tunnel Hill, GA, where the original Baby Hughy's was opened by Chef Harris. The menu will offer a wide variety of classic dishes, including pizza, smoked jumbo wings, chicken sandwiches, smash burgers, lasagna, Chow Burgers, Reubens, handmade smoked bratwurst, and more.
