WAKE FOREST, NC – Sabatino's Italian Ristorante is set to open February 24 at 131 Crenshaw Cors Dr, Wake Forest, NC 27587. Co-owner Phil Seigman and partner James Ripple told Business Debut the team has completed construction and recently finished painting and refreshing the space after taking over the former Patronies Pizza.

The restaurant will bring a full-service Italian concept to the area, with seating for about 140 guests, plus a covered patio.

What to Expect

Seigman said the Wake Forest dining room is designed for full-service dining and will include a full bar. The restaurant will also have a covered patio for outdoor seating.

The team is also considering occasional live entertainment, Seigman told Business Debut, such as local bands during the week.

Sabatino’s will focus on authentic Italian cuisine with an emphasis on scratch preparation. “We make our own bread, we make all the soups are made to order. The pasta is fresh. Everything is fresh,” Seigman said.

The menu is expected to mirror the brand’s Apex location, which includes fresh pasta dishes such as spaghetti carbonara, rigatoni vodka, cacio e pepe, pappardelle bolognese, fettuccine Alfredo, and lasagna, along with classic Italian entrees such as parmigiana.
