Anejo Cocina Mexicana Set to Open Two New Locations
Mexican restaurant chain expanding to Orlando and Middleburg, FL
Two new locations of the growing Anejo Cocina Mexicana brand are planned between north and central Florida, co-owner Blanca Valencia told Business Debut. Anejo Cocina Mexicana is known for providing delicious Mexican food in extravagant and large restaurants.
In addition to the Anejo brand's expansion, Valencia shared plans to open a new health-centric café in Middleburg. The smoothie, coffee, juice and healthy eating shop will be called Verde Vida.
With eight Anejo locations open, the next to debut will be in Orlando at 13586 Village Park Dr #304, Orlando, FL 32837, the space that formerly hosted Padrino's Cuban. This location is planning to open in a month or so.
Following that, the other Anejo and Verde Vida will open right beside each other in Q1, 2025 at 1660 Jeremiah St, Middleburg, FL 32068. This Anejo unit will be 4,500 square feet with 298 seats. Verde Vida will be around 2,700 square feet.
Valencia shared that she owns Tulum, Flavors of Mexico at 11025 E Town Pkwy, Jacksonville, FL 32256. She also owns Salsa's Mexican Restaurant at 8299 W Beaver St Suite 4, Jacksonville, FL 32220.
