JOHNS CREEK, GA — Amorino is set to open a new location at 7125 Medley Crossing, Johns Creek, GA 30097 on October 29, 2026, marking the brand’s third location in Georgia, franchisee German Rodriguez told Business Debut.

The gelato shop will be part of the larger Medley mixed-use development, opening alongside other tenants as part of the project’s coordinated debut, Rodriguez told Business Debut.

What to Expect

The European-founded brand Amorino is known for its authentic Italian gelato, coffees, and its menu of desserts. It will occupy a unit along Medley’s green space with both indoor and outdoor seating, designed to provide shaded areas throughout the day, Rodriguez told Business Debut. The location is positioned to accommodate both daytime visitors and evening crowds.

The shop will offer seating for guests looking to enjoy items on-site, along with takeaway service, Rodriguez told Business Debut.

Customers can expect Amorino’s full menu, including gelato, gelato-filled macarons, crepes, waffles, hot chocolate, coffee, and affogatos, Rodriguez told Business Debut.

“Amorino is famous for the quality of the gelato and for gelato-filled macarons,” Rodriguez told Business Debut. The concept is designed to appeal to both families and late-night visitors seeking a dessert-focused experience.

Rodriguez said the brand has been expanding across the U.S. and is focused on destination-style developments like Medley that support evening and weekend traffic. He noted that Amorino operates in multiple states including New York, Florida, Texas, and California, Rodriguez told Business Debut.

The Johns Creek location is expected to be open daily, with hours of noon—10 p.m. on weekdays and 11 a.m.—11 p.m. on weekends. Seasonal summer hours are expected to extend later into the evening, Rodriguez told Business Debut.
