Açaí Republic Coming to Winter Springs
Açaí Republic will open in Winter Springs offering natural, vegan bowls and freshly squeezed juices daily.
Winter Springs - Açaí Republic is preparing to open before the end of the year at 160 Tuskawilla Rd Suite 1207 Winter Springs FL 32708. Owners Priscilla Silva and her husband Anderson Rocha are bringing the fast-growing California-based açaí franchise to Winter Springs with their second Central Florida location. Their first store in Altamonte Springs opened successfully and this new opening is part of the franchise’s plan to expand across Florida with as many as fifty stores.
Priscilla says the Winter Springs location stood out right away. She loved seeing families, kids, and older couples in the area and felt the strong community presence immediately. She and Anderson live in nearby Casselberry with their one-year-old daughter, which made Winter Springs the perfect fit for their family-oriented business.
What to Expect on the Menu
Açaí Republic offers authentic Brazilian açaí bowls made with one hundred percent natural açaí sourced directly from Brazil. Smoothies are blended with real fruit, and all juices are freshly squeezed. The menu is completely natural, vegan, and contains no added sugar.

Priscilla’s first favorite was the Stone Palo because it tasted exactly like the bowls she grew up eating in Rio. More recently, she says the Cali Bowl has become her go-to. It blends açaí, pineapple, strawberry, and mango and is topped with granola, coconut, banana, strawberry, pineapple, and mango.
Inside the New Space
This location will offer counter service with seating for six to eight guests. During soft opening days, hours will end around six or seven p.m. before transitioning into regular daily hours of nine a.m. to nine p.m.
Meet the Owner
Priscilla is originally from Rio de Janeiro, Brazil, and moved to the United States at nineteen. She earned her associate degree from Valencia College, graduated from Rollins College with a degree in business management, and is now finishing her MBA at Westcliffe University.
While studying at Rollins, she worked with Açaí Republic as a franchise developer and fell in love with the brand. The authenticity of the Brazilian açaí reminded her of home and inspired her and Anderson to open their own franchise locations.
