ABC Catering Launching First Restaurant in Byron on July 12th

ABC Catering is excited to launch its first restaurant location at 106 Ga. Hwy. 49, Suite B, Byron, GA, Chef Allegra Lowe shared with Business Debut. Known for its delicious Southern cuisine, this popular Middle Georgia food truck is expanding into a stationary dining establishment. Open for lunch and dinner, the restaurant will operate from 11 am – 6pm Thursday through Saturday, and from 11:30 am – 5:30 pm on the third and fourth Sundays of every month. The diner will accommodate 45 to 55 diners in a cafeteria-style setting, offering both dine-in and take-out options.

Owner Allegra Lowe, who U.S. Army veteran and former teacher, aims to spread the bold, soulful flavors of ABC Catering in a relaxed, friendly setting.

The menu will feature a creative mix of Southern soul food and gourmet dishes, including signature items like oxtails over rice and gravy, turkey wings, and sweet potato pancakes. Other mouthwatering options include steak bites with garlic butter, and food truck favorites such as pineapple chicken bowls and fried pork chop sandwiches.

Described as "Southern gourmet fusion," the menu brings enhanced presentation and taste to comforting dishes. Seafood lovers will find a selection of dishes like garlic lobster tails and shrimp with risotto.

Just over four years since its inception as a food truck, ABC Catering has established a reputation for its delicious offerings. Eager to grow, Lowe plans to continue operating the food truck, allowing fans to enjoy their favorite meals on the go as well.
